北京懋隆文化产业创意园由始建于1964年的外贸三间房仓库改建，这里曾是业界知名的北京工艺品进出口商品集散地、在园区流连、仔细品味、老外贸仓库昔日的模样依稀可见、斑驳皲裂的地面、涂刷着历史标语的老墙、园区建设方特意保留了一些旧物作为城市记忆的符号。其地处北京CBD-定福庄国际传媒走廊东段的核心位置，规划总建筑规模17万平方米。
